a. POINT OF ENTRY Filtration module.
A customized combination of purification stages is implemented based on specific needs, water quality, and usage requirements, effectively cleansing the water at the point of entry (POE). This filtration module is an essential water treatment solution ensuring clean and healthy water for your home. It is installed at the point where water enters your house, treating all the water that flows through your plumbing system. The importance of a whole-house filtration system can be explained from various perspectives:
- Health benefits: The primary purpose of a whole-house filtration system is to eliminate impurities and contaminants from your water supply. It effectively removes sediments, chlorine, heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, industrial pollutants, and other harmful substances. Maintenance of Filtration Stages: We take care of all the technicalities. Our dedicated team will conduct maintenance on the filtration stages three times a year, ensuring optimal performance and the continued delivery of clean, healthy water to every corner of your home.
Cartridge Replacement: Rest easy, knowing that your subscription includes the replacement of a minimum of 8 to 15 cartridges (depending on the purification model) per year. Our high-quality cartridges are designed to effectively remove impurities and maintain the exceptional quality of your water.
How Reverse Osmosis System Works
Reverse osmosis removes almost 90%-98% of contaminants in tap water. Contaminants are due to multiple stages and different filters through which our water passes before reaching our faucet. Most systems have only 3 to 5 stages; however, the Nearon Ydor RO System has six stages. Our approach is much more effective because of this.
Stage 1 5 Micron Sediment Filter :
With a five micron rating, the first stage is the removal of sediment from the water. All sediment such as dirt, rust, sand particles, clay, silt, and stones are removed using a 5-micron filter. The sediment is filtered in order to make sure that no damage is done to the membrane. The micron filter does not let these particles pass and they get suspended.
Stage 2 Carbon Block Filter:
The second stage of treatment is the usage of carbon filter. This filter takes out 99% of the chlorine and organic chemicals and provides reduction of taste, odor, and color. These chemicals can be harmful to human health and makes it necessary to remove them.
Stage 3 1 Micron Sediment Filter :
This filter is 1 micron rating and provides effective filtration to protect the membrane. Membrane performance is improved up to 98% of TDS rejection. This generally focuses on passing the water through a dense and compact carbon filter. The water that we get may have some unpleasant characteristics and this third step helps in the removal of these. All contaminants left in the water are removed at this stage.
Stage 4 Reverse Osmosis Membrane:
The reverse osmosis membrane is the heart of system. It is a high quality thin film composite membrane (TFC), 0.0001μ) that processes up to 75 gallons per day. The membrane removes hard water contaminants that may be present. Substances such as lead, cooper, barium, chromium, mercury, sodium, cadmium, fluoride, nitrite, nitrate, and selenium are all extracted. Water passes through the membrane and all heavy and radioactive metals present in the water are removed. In this step the impurities are drained out of the reverse osmosis system and clean water is separated.
Stage 5 Post Carbon filter:
This carbon post filter removes objectionable tastes and odors to enhance the quality of your drinking water. The fifth stage is post filtration and necessary for quality.
The sixth stage re-introduces minerals that were filtered out during the filtration stages. Minerals such as calcium and magnesium are removed when the water passes through the first four stages of filtration. The sixth stage is intended to re-introduce these minerals into the water for taste purposes. They are very beneficial to our overall health and allow our body to better absorb water.

Nearon Ydor Reverse Osmosis System eliminates up to 99% of the following: dissolved solids, chlorine, fluoride, and microorganisms. Heavy metals such as barium, cadmium, chromium, lead, PFAS, and mercury are also removed.
